Andre & Manefa | Silver Falls Wedding | Silverton Oregon Wedding Photographer

Andre & Manefa chose to have a Silver Falls Wedding day. They selected a beautiful peach color as their wedding accent and it was so bright and lively against the green. We had decided to go to both the North and South Falls and let me just throw it out there that Manefa had her heels on the whole time! If you have ever been to Silver Falls, you know that it can be steep, rocky and sometimes slick. She wore them effortlessly during our entire session.

We started off at the South falls where we all hiked down together. For a very muddy part of the trail, Andre picked Manefa right up to carry her down. (You can see more below in the gallery!) They were all laughs and smiles with their wedding party. After a few portraits by the water, we hiked back up. It was the sweetest thing to see that when we arrived back to the top that they had planned a picnic lunch! They took a bit of a break for the lunch among friends and enjoyed the warm fall day together.

To continue our Silver Falls Wedding adventure, we packed up and drove down the road to the North Falls parking area. This hike to the waterfall was a bit easier and there were not many people around. It was still rocky though, so it was great to see Andre help her navigate it all for some beautiful couple and group portraits.

To end off the day, we headed back towards Silverton to make a stop at the Silverton Reservoir. Andre and Manefa wanted to take photos in their traditional Russian Wedding attire as well. They made a quick outfit change and we explored the reservoir a bit more. For their grande finale, they walked hand in hand into the water. A perfect end to a lovely day together.
