The Water Oasis – Steve and Willow | Willamette Valley Wedding

This Willamette valley wedding at The Water Oasis was everything for Steve and Willow. On September 29th, Steve and Willow said “I do” again with all of their friends and family in Newberg, Oregon. It was a day that was full of laughter, tears and WILD dance moves. (I had a blast dancing with all of their guests while I was photographing them, they made me feel like I was family!)

When Willow and I met back in March, I knew just how important this day was for them. Her and her daughter Brit told me about their family story and how much they have been through together. I understood the importance of the family being their with them to celebrate and what these photos would mean to them. They planned special moments all through out the day, like Willow having a first look with her father and gifting him custom cuff links. Or, when Steve and Willow stepped away after the ceremony to just have a few moments for themselves.

Steve and Willow were full of emotion during the day, and here is what she had to say – “Every girl dreams of her fairytale. This was mine. I dreamed of this day. I planned this day for him….for us. For the life we built together. I wrote our vows….our sand ceremony and read him a letter I wrote.I wanted this to be a celebration of us and the life we have built. And, it was.”

Every part of their Vow Renewal was thought out with intention and love. From the family sign that their daughter Brit made as a gift, to the vows they made to each other. Anywhere you looked, you would find those small details. I loved being their for them and enjoyed every moment!
